Parenting a child impacted by trauma can feel overwhelming. Being a parent impacted by trauma can also be hard. Let the Mothers of Joy Institute walk with you throughout this process!

Come be refreshed, encouraged, and supported in a safe, faith-centered space where motherhood is honored and community is built. You don't have to do this alone-this meeting is a place to connect, heal, and grow alongside other moms who truly understand.

The H.E.A.L.S program is part of the institute’s efforts to support families and caregivers by strengthening relationships and building skills for healthier family life.

To every parent who feels tired, worried, or unsure today—please remember this: you are doing more good than you can see. Love is not measured by perfect days but by showing up again and again, even when it’s hard. Your patience, your sacrifices, and the quiet moments you share with your child are planting seeds that will grow in beautiful ways. Be gentle with yourself. Struggling does not mean failing—it means you care deeply. There is still joy ahead of you, and you don’t have to walk this journey alone.
